Prepare a clear route
The manufacturer’s care notes discuss storage, temperature, cleaning and surface damage. Before delivery, clear a path from the door to a supported, padded surface where the carton can open fully. Keep fasteners, rough fabrics and loose tools away from that area. Compare the packed and unpacked weights, and plan assistance if the load is awkward.
Check fabrics and surfaces
EroVenus’s stain guide calls attention to dye transfer from clothes. Check the maker’s instructions for clothing, bedding and the surface in contact with the model. Test suspect fabrics for color transfer on a clean white cloth and avoid leaving them in sustained contact. Pay particular attention to garment seams, zips and rigid fasteners.
Preserve the evidence if something changes
Record the delivery condition and take a neutral-light photo if a mark or damage appears. Note the surface, clothing or cleaning product in contact with the affected area. Ask the seller for instructions specific to the finish before using a stain remover or attempting a repair. A copy of the product reference and order details makes the issue easier to assess.
